From Hole 1, with a gentle dogleg left that begs for an opening birdie; to Hole 18, that will have you putting alongside the shoreline of Curr Reservoir, the course offers opportunities to challenge beginners and seasoned golfers alike. It’s a long trek from the trailhead in Manitou Springs to the Summit, but it’s a trek worth the reward! For something a bit more out of the way, head to the Paint Mines Interpretive Park where chasms, spires, hoodoos, and walls of multi-colored clay deposits have drawn everyone from Native Americans to miners over the years.
